Parana Bridge Argentina

















Location: Northern Argentina. Parana River Valley.

Kind of Bridge: Cable-stayed bridge

Purpose of Bridge: To connect the cities of Rosario and Victoria. Improve the communication and economy activities in the surrounding area.

Length: The roadway extends 608m. Bridge main span 330. Lateral spans are 120m long.

Project started in: April 1998.


Project completed in: March 2002.

Total cost: 350 million dollars.

Built, maintained and operated by: Puentes del Litoral S.A.

Benefits: Increase economic activity. Communicate the surrounding areas to the external commerce in a more efficient way.
